Where is the vanilla grown?
Our vanilla comes from multiple growers, but they are all located in Tropical North Queensland—between Innisfail and Cairns.
How can I use vanilla?
Vanilla can be used in so many ways. It’s a foundation for desserts, sweets and pastries from all over the world. You can check out our YouTube channel to learn out to use our products with a variety of recipes: @valleyvanilla5617
Do I just chuck my pods out once I've used them?
NO! Even once you've used your vanilla pod, it still has gorgeous flavour in it. Pop it in a jar of sugar, leave it in the pantry for a few weeks and enjoy the most stunning vanilla sugar. Better yet—if you enjoy an alcoholic beverage, drop it in your bottle of rum or vodka to flavour it. A leftover pod can be used in so many ways. Check out our YouTube channel for more ideas.
I am a grocer or fine food retailer. Do you sell your products wholesale?
Yes. We offer wholesale orders on selected items. For more information, send us an email or message on social media.
Do you make any vanilla extracts without alcohol in it?
We don’t. Our extract recipe is the result of a lot of research and product development. Alcohol is more effective than non-alcoholic solvents for extracting flavour from our vanilla. But don’t worry—once you cook with it, most or all of the alcohol will be cooked out.
Are your products gluten free and vegan?
All of our products are gluten free and vegan friendly, with the exception of our Vanilla Bean Paste. The paste is gluten free but includes honey as a major ingredient.
